smoll provides a platform that connects pet owners with licensed veterinarians under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCAE). These veterinarians are fully licensed professionals and are authorized to provide virtual veterinary consultations and guidance.
3. Technology Provider
The technology component of smoll is owned, maintained and operated by Outly FZE (“Outly”), a company registered under License No. 1666. Outly in the United Arab Emirates is responsible for the development, maintenance, and security of the platform, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience.
4. Data Privacy and Security
4.1. Data Collection: smoll collects and stores limited data to provide our services effectively. This data may include personal and pet-related information. By using smoll, you consent to the collection and storage of this data.
4.2. Data Usage: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your data will not be shared with third parties or sold for any purpose, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Privacy Policy.
4.3. Privacy and Security: smoll implements robust security measures to safeguard your data. However, please be aware that no online service can guarantee 100% security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account information.
5. Use of Services
5.1. Non-Emergency Services: smoll is intended for non-emergency and non-life-threatening pet health cases. It is not a substitute for immediate medical attention in emergency situations. 5.2. General Guidance: smoll offers general veterinary guidance and consultations. It is essential to understand that our virtual veterinary services do not replace the in-person care provided by a physical veterinary clinic. We aim to assist you in making informed decisions regarding your pet’s health and well-being.
5.3. Fair Usage Policy While we do not have a strict limit on the number of times members can call, we encourage all smoll members to be mindful of fair usage. Our fair usage policy is designed to ensure that our services remain accessible to all members who need them. We ask that members be realistic about their usage and consider the needs of other members. If you find yourself frequently calling for non-urgent matters, please consider the impact on other members and limit your calls to when they are truly necessary.
Failure to comply with our fair usage policy may result in temporary restrictions on your account’s ability to make calls. Continued non-compliance may lead to further action, including suspension or termination of your membership. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we strive to be flexible and understanding in such cases. However, repeated misuse of our service can disrupt the experience for other members and hinder our ability to provide timely assistance to those who genuinely need it. 7.1. No Emergency Services: smoll does not offer emergency veterinary services. In the case of a pet emergency, contact your local veterinarian or an emergency pet care facility.
7.2. Disclaimer: Outly FZE make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided through smoll. Any reliance on the services is at your own risk.
7.3. No Liability for Misuse: Outly FZE shall not be liable for any misuse or consequences of using our service. You acknowledge that the information and guidance provided are for informational purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on smoll, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
