Welcome to Smoll Pet Health Technologies L.L.C. FZ (“smoll”) (“smoll.me”), a Tele-triage, Health Management Services, and booking service for pet owners.

By using our service and mobile application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:



1. General Use of the smoll Platform

1.1. smoll provides a platform that allows users to connect with partnered veterinary clinics. Our service includes tele-triage consultations, price comparison, and appointment booking, and perform specific in-clinic vet services.

1.2. The smoll service is intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical or veterinary advice. All information provided by smoll is general in nature. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed veterinarian for proper medical advice and treatment for your pets.



2. Payment Terms and Fees

2.1. smoll is a free-to-use platform for pet owners. Users are not charged directly for downloading the app.

2.2. smoll requests a minimum deposit from the final price quoted by veterinary clinics when appointments are booked through the platform.

2.3. This deposit is fully refundable if canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

2.4. User must communicate with smoll in order to initiate refund process. 



3. User Responsibilities

3.1. Users are responsible for settling all fees related to veterinary services directly with the clinic at the time of service.

3.2. smoll is not responsible for any disputes regarding payments between users and veterinary clinics. In the event of dissatisfaction or malpractice, smoll will attempt to assist users in resolving issues, but concerns should be addressed directly with the clinic.



4. Data Protection and Privacy

4.1. smoll is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect and store your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

4.2. Your data may be shared with third-party service providers and partnered veterinary clinics as necessary to facilitate bookings and other platform functions. However, we do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4.3. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4.4. If you wish to delete your account or personal data, please send an email to [email protected] with your request.



5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. smoll is a platform that facilitates communication and bookings between users and veterinary clinics. We do not provide veterinary care or medical services.

5.2. We strive to ensure that the information provided on our platform is accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee its accuracy. Users are advised to verify all information independently.

5.3. smoll is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs as a result of using the platform or services provided by third-party veterinary clinics.



6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. All content, designs, logos, and trademarks used in the smoll app are the intellectual property of Smoll Pet Health Technologies L.L.C. FZ and its affiliates.

6.2. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content from the smoll app without prior written permission from smoll.



7. Governing Law

7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).



8. Additional Terms for smoll®Care Plan

8.1. The smoll®Care Plan is an optional, prepaid annual wellness package that provides preventive health benefits for enrolled pets through partnered clinics.

8.2. The smoll®Care Plan includes the following services, subject to availability and medical necessity:

  • Annual core vaccinations (DHPPi and Rabies for dogs / FVRCP and Rabies for cats) Once per year

  • Deworming twice a year

  • Full dental check-up once a year

  • Nail trimming (up to four times per year)

  • Ear cleaning (up to four times per year)

  • Consultations are in person consultations (Fair Use Policy applies; capped at 4 per year)

  • Microchipping (one-time only if pet is not already chipped)

  • Basic blood panel (once per year if medically indicated)

  • Urine, fecal/parasite screening, and anal gland tests (once per year each if medically indicated)

  • 15% discount on emergencies, surgeries, hospitalization, and X-rays (only with active membership)

8.3. All services must be availed during the active membership period and are non-transferable. Unused services do not roll over to the following year.

8.4. smoll®Care benefits are only applicable at participating clinics. Availability of services may vary by location.

8.5. smoll reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any component of the smoll®Care Plan without prior notice. Any such changes will be communicated to active members via the contact information provided.

8.6. Refunds for smoll®Care will only be issued within 14 days of purchase, provided that no services under the plan have been redeemed. After any of the services  have been used, the plan is non-refundable.

8.7. Any services or procedures not explicitly included in the smoll®Care Plan will incur additional charges, which must be paid directly by the user to the clinic at the time of service.

8.8. The smoll®Care Plan is not a substitute for pet insurance and does not cover accidents, emergencies, or advanced diagnostics beyond the listed services.


By continuing to use the smoll mobile application and enrolling in the smoll®Care Plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
